The building features over 25 spaces for classrooms, offices, a library, and common areas, along with 133 parking spots.

It is conveniently located near two major highways and a shopping mall. The site comprises five rooms designated for instruction, office use, and common areas. Additionally, there are approximately 130 parking spaces available for the entire building.
