Suwanee Campus

Underwood University’s Georgia campus is located in the city of Suwanee, in Gwinnett County, just east of metro Atlanta. Suwanee has a population of some 21,000 and keeps a small-town feel despite being close to a major metropolitan city. Suwanee has been consistently ranked high on the list of most desirable places to live in Georgia.

Suwanee is about an hour’s drive from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, and the hub for Delta Airlines. Underwood’s Chamblee Campus is located in a 34,200-square-foot facility in DeKalb County, Atlanta, Georgia. Situated just off Interstate 85 and a minute from Interstate 285, the campus is also within a five-minute walk of a bus route, offering excellent accessibility. The building features over 25 spaces for classrooms, offices, a library, and common areas, along with 133 parking spots.

Underwood’s Marietta Campus spans approximately 2,300 square feet and is situated on the second floor of a two-story office building. It is conveniently located near two major highways and a shopping mall. The site comprises five rooms designated for instruction, office use, and common areas. Additionally, there are approximately 130 parking spaces available for the entire building.

The Nature Experience

The Atlanta area is known for its green spaces. Underwood’s campuses itself is surrounded by lawns and trees. The Chattahoochee River is nearby, as is Lake Lanier, a premier spot for camping, fishing, water sports, and scenic vistas. The city has many parks, recreation areas, and greenways, and is only a couple of hours’ drive from the beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains, famous for their hiking and camping trails.
